After the launch our results have been impressive, with an increased retention and adoption rate of our products, coupled with a 90% satisfaction rate from our students.

Under my tenure as the Head of Product at Fluency, we launched Academy, our proprietary LMS. The platform came as an answer to the need of a more structured and personalized learning experience for our students. One that reflected not only our company's strategic view of education but that embraced our method of teaching and fulfilled our students' needs.

With distinct visuals and an innovative perspective on interaction design for the field, our platform offers a unique and refreshing take on the traditional online learning experience.

Since the launch of the platform, we're seeing a substantial increase in activation, adoption, retention and satisfaction of our students, leading into incrased engagement rates and decreased churn rates.

2025 will be a consolidation year for the platoform, with the introduction of new AI powered features such as AI tutors, and an array of new educational and community features, aiming to provide our students a one-stop-shop for all their learning needs.
